She initiated and stewards the inner-work dimension of wealth-holder education at CSP Global, where she has been described as the “Mother of Inner Work.” Her work explores how stewards come alive in right relationship with Life, others, and themselves - and how that aliveness changes the way wealth moves in the world.

She is the creator of the Steward Field framework and currently writing her forthcoming book Steward Field: Where Wealth and Stewards Come Alive.
